1: About Yelp Integration
Integrate your business’s Yelp account to view and manage customer reviews. The rating average is displayed at the top of the screen to provide a snapshot of consumer impressions.
Reviews are automatically sorted by date, showing the most recently posted reviews at the top of the page.
Note: Sort reviews by date or star rating by clicking on the header arrows.
2: Viewing Yelp Reviews
Navigate to the Reviews tab to experience the full functionality of Yelp Reviews (a summary of Yelp reviews is included under the Reporting tab).
Search for reviews by doing the following:
Toggle the dates at the top right-hand corner to narrow down your results within a specific period.
Search for entities in the text box or apply a previously saved filter to narrow your entity search.
Sort reviews by date or rating.
Navigate to different pages to view additional entities by selecting the drop down.
3: Responding to Yelp Reviews
Find the review you would like to respond to.
Click the Reply button beneath the review.
Enter your response in the text box, then click the Respond button to post the comment.
