On the upper right corner, you will see your initials in a bubble. Click on the bubble to see the following account details/options:

Account Director : Displays your assigned Account Director’s contact information including their email address and phone number.

Create a Ticket : Directs you to our Online Service Desk where you can submit a ticket to request an update or log an issue.

User Profile : Allows you to update your username, name, email address, and/or phone number. The “Change Password” button also enables you to re-set your password.

Switch Domain :Provides a way for you to switch brands if you are managing multiple brands in RioSEO.

Set as Home Screen :Sets your current RioSEOpage as your default homepage. The next time you log in, you will be automatically directed to the page you set as your home screen.
