After creating a ticket, you will receive a response email. Click on the ticket # hyperlink.
You will be taken to the Zendesk platform to Sign in or Sign up. Click on Sign up and enter your full name and email address.
You will receive a link to set up a password for your new account. Check your spam folder if you don’t see this in your inbox.
Once you set up your password and log in, you will be taken to the Forsta Rio SEO Support homepage. Navigate to your profile in the top right and click on “My activities”. You will then be able to see your all tickets you have put in.
Note: You can filter tickets by “Open”, “Awaiting your reply”, and “Solved”. You can also see just your requests, requests that you’re cc’ed on, and requests from others in your organization.
