To create an event, follow these steps:
1: Getting Started
Navigate to the Publisher Tab and click the Events subtab.

Click the Create Events button to open the event creation interface.
2: Select Type

Click the Select button next to the Event Type you want to create, for example Store Event.
3: Input Data

Enter an Event Label.
(Optional): Enter an Event Description, Image URL, Event URL, Event Start Date and Event Stop Date.

Click the Schedule button to continue.
4: Schedule
Select a time zone using the drop-down.
Click the Status toggle to set the Event to Active or Inactive, depending on your preference.
Select a start and stop date for the event using the calendar.
Select a start and stop time for the event using the up and down arrows.
Select how often you want to event to occur, either "Daily", "Weekly", or "Monthly".

Click the Assign Locations button to continue.
5: Assign Locations
Click the check-box next to the location(s) you want to assign the event to.
Click the Save button to finalize the event creation process.
Your event will appear at the top of the event list.
