RioSEO contains the following sub-tabs under the Location tab:
1: Entity Details
Under the Entity Details tab, all information relevant to an entity is displayed. This can be customized based on User Role to limit the information individuals can view.
You can view the data within the interface or export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.
Whenever you create or edit an entity, you enter “Draft Mode”. This allows you to easily pick up where you left off if you navigate away from the platform.
Toggle the Entity Status button and select “Drafts” to see an organized collection of in-progress entities.
To learn more about Entity Details, see Entity Management Overview.
2: People
If you have the Parent/Child functionality set up for your entities and a Parent location has Children entities associated with it, the Children will display under the People tab. Select a Child entity to view full details.
