Similar to the Citation subtab, the larger numbers reference the total citation count. The smaller numbers to the right of the arrows reference any variance in the citation count that occurred over the reporting period. The below image guides you on how to interpret the numbers on the screen for your listings.
3: Types of Rank Data
There are two types of rank data: Organic and Local. Toggle between these two data sets by clicking the “Rank Type” button on the top left.
Organic ranks - These are based on keyword searches. When the reporting runs, the keywords are searched across directories. The process detects the brand’s landing page URL on the SERPs and pulls back the rank position in which the URL appears.
Local ranks - These are map-based. The process detects the keyword in the title of the listing and pulls back the rank position.
4: Individual Rank Reporting
You can also find the ranking details of an individual entity under the Locations Tab. Navigate to the desired entity, select the “Reporting” tab and then the “Rank” subtab.
